Helen Jayne Gunn is a multi-media Fine Artist and  published writer of poetry and fiction.

Artworks range from abstract to figurative, often inspired by flora and fauna while contextualised by  changes to landscape due to the impact of climate crisis.

In December 2022 she completed a month-by-month project illustrating throughout that year the changing flora and fauna in her Rutland garden, as a record of species, some of which seem unlikely to survive or adapt in the long term to climate change.  Narratives of folklore and mythology are also explored.

Her ceramics investigate vessel forms, figurative works and the role of surface decoration.
